An unexpected ingredient.

Aubergin turns the most suggestive vegetable in the shop into a seductive gin. The wink is obvious. The presentation stays immaculate.

Purple. Unapologetically.

Aubergine-purple thanks to organic colourings, poured into clear ribbed glass. It doesn't blend in on the shelf. It isn't meant to.
